SERVE FIRST — CREW LIFE CULTURE

SERVE FIRST defines the Crew Life serving culture of Angler Church. Rooted in Mark 10:43–45, it establishes servanthood as part of belonging to the church family. Rather than focusing on titles or positions, SERVE FIRST focuses on recognizing needs, taking ownership, and serving together. It outlines Angler Church’s serving crews, their responsibilities, and the opportunities available for people to use their abilities to serve God, the church, and others.

SEE THE NEED. MEET THE NEED. SERVE FIRST.
