November 2025 "UPDATE"
Greetings in Jesus!
I pray this message finds you walking in the strength and joy of the Lord. We're writing to share a few exciting praise reports and prayer points as we draw closer to the official launch of Angler Church - North Jersey.
Praise Reports
- First Partners In Missions (PIM): A few weeks before our Reveal livestream, we reconnected with a family in North Carolina that we had previously taught Bible studies to during COVID. At that time, we brought church to their home-complete with music, a sound system, and the presence of God. We baptized the mother and the middle son, both of whom received the Holy Ghost. When they heard we were planting Angler Church in the region they originally came from, they felt an immediate connection and joyfully became our first Partners In Missions (PIM). They have committed to support us monthly, beginning this month. What a powerful confirmation of God's timing!
- $10,000 Monthly Google Ads Grant: As of November 1st, we were officially awarded a $10,000/month grant from Google Ads. This grant will be managed through a trusted church marketing company called ChurchFuel. While it will take several weeks to be fully implemented, we hope to begin utilizing this resource by mid-November to help spread the message of Angler Church across North Jersey and beyond. If you'd like more information about this type of grant for your own church, feel free to reach out-we'd be glad to share what we've learned.
- Our Boys Are Adjusting with Faith: Perhaps the most personal praise report of all-we're seeing the Lord gently guide our sons through this transition. Vincent (7) and Dylan (5) are beginning to embrace the journey with faith. Ever since Vincent was four and visited Manhattan for the first time, he told us he wanted to move there when he turned 18 to be near Yankee Stadium. Dylan, our Southern baby, has always loved Charlotte, but recently told his teacher and friend at school: "We're going because God called us to." Just days ago, he walked into my home office, opened his Spiderman wallet, and handed me a $5 bill, saying, "Daddy, this is for Angler Church." Like any father would-I wept. In that moment, I felt the Lord whisper, "They're going to be okay." We're grateful for these sacred confirmations.

Things to Continue Praying About
- Family Transition: For Crystal, Vincent, and Dylan as we prepare our home and hearts for this move.
- Interest Gathering Venue (January 17): We've had a few leads, but nothing has finalized yet.
- Launch Sunday Location (March 29): We're praying for the right space to welcome new families in North Jersey.
